However, the owners retired, but demand for industrial powdercoating was high. So, they decided to give their grandson an opportunity to tap into this market. This quickly matured into a full-time powdercoating facility focused on precision finishes, corrosion resistance, and custom performance coatings for demanding applications.

Today, Xtreme Powder and Performance stands as the realization of that strategic pivot: a purpose-built shop delivering consistent, high-quality powdercoated solutions backed by the business discipline and customer-first ethos inherited from its Weathervane roots.
